About Meadow Sweep

A friendly rebuild of the deduction classic on a nine-by-nine meadow with ten hidden bees. Each opened square tells you how many bees sit in the eight squares around it, and from that alone you can reason your way to a full clear. Your first tap is always safe — we move the bees out of the way if they landed there.

How to play

  • A number is the count of bees in the eight neighbouring squares.
  • Open every empty square to win. Opening a bee ends the round.
  • Flags are just notes for you; they cannot be opened by accident.

Tips from the people who built it

  • A 1 touching exactly one unknown square means that square is a bee. Flag it and move on.
  • When a number already has all its bees flagged, every other neighbour is safe to open.
  • Corners and edges are the friendliest place to start — fewer neighbours, fewer unknowns.
